Invoice Go Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 17, 2026
Your invoice and customer records stay on your device and are not sent to the developer. Invoice Go uses Google AdMob to display advertising, subject to your applicable privacy choices.
1. About this policy
This Privacy Policy explains how the Invoice Go mobile application (the “App”) handles information. Invoice Go helps users create customer records, manage invoices, track payment status, and generate PDF invoices.
2. Information you enter
The App lets you enter and manage information such as:
- Your name, company name, address, telephone number, email address, tax number, and logo.
- Customer names, company details, addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses, and tax numbers.
- Invoice numbers, dates, line items, prices, tax rates, totals, notes, currency, and payment status.
This information is provided by you and is stored locally on your device. It is not sent to servers operated by the developer.
3. Photos and files
You may use the device’s system picker to select a company logo. The selected image is used to create your company profile and invoices. The App does not request broad access to your photo library.
When you generate, print, save, or share a PDF, the App creates a temporary document on your device. If you choose another app, print service, cloud-storage provider, or recipient, that third party processes the document under its own terms and privacy policy. Invoice Go does not control those third parties.
4. Advertising and ad-related data
The App contains advertising provided through Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK. The developer does not collect your company, customer, invoice, or PDF content, and that content is not used to select advertisements. The App does not use developer-operated online accounts or analytics. Internet access is used to request and display advertising; the App’s invoice-management features otherwise operate locally.
Invoice Go uses Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK. Depending on your device, region, consent choices, and Google’s configuration, Google and its advertising partners may process information such as device or advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location, interactions with advertisements, and diagnostic information to deliver, measure, secure, and improve ads. They do not receive the invoice or customer records you enter in the App. Learn more in Google’s Privacy Policy and Google’s information about partner apps and sites.
Where required, the App uses Google’s User Messaging Platform to request advertising consent and communicate your choices to participating advertising providers. Available ads may be personalized, non-personalized, limited, or used only for technical delivery depending on those choices and applicable law. You can also manage advertising identifiers and related controls through your Android or Google settings.
5. Device backups and platform services
Your operating system or device provider may back up locally stored App data according to your device settings and the provider’s terms. Google Play may also process information needed to distribute, secure, and maintain the App. These platform activities are controlled by the relevant provider, not by Invoice Go’s developer.
6. Retention and deletion
App records remain on your device until you delete them in the App, clear the App’s storage, or uninstall the App. Copies you exported or shared must be deleted from their destination separately. Device backups may remain according to your backup provider’s retention rules. Because the developer does not receive your records, the developer cannot access, recover, or delete them for you.
7. Security
Invoice Go relies on Android and your device’s security controls to protect locally stored information. You are responsible for securing your device and for choosing safe destinations when exporting or sharing invoices. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
8. Children’s privacy
Invoice Go is a business utility and is not directed to children under 13. The developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the App.
9. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the App’s features or data practices change. The revised policy will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
